Very easy to replace, you can fit a 1.5TB SATA drive quite cheaply,  
which model is it? plastic or aluminium? The drive's the same but the  
installation method varies.

If your iMac's hard drive is reporting errors, make sure you've got a  
good current backup in case it gives up the ghost completely. I'd  
order a new drive straight away!
