Hi all, Updated the Superdrive firmware on my late '08 Macbook Pro to 3.0 yesterday. Since then I haven't been able to burn DVD+Rs on it (I was halfway through a pack of good Sony DVD+Rs and hadn't had one problem).
Burning with Toast gets a load of error messages and a coaster. Burning through Finder gets the message 'Device failed to calibrate the laser power level for this media' and another coaster. I can still burn DVD-Rs and CD-Rs no problem. Anyone else experiencing problems?
