I've got an old 15" ball-and-stick which I only really use for iTunes and
browsing. I bought a bigger screen and it's easier just to use that as an
external monitor. Is there a way to disable the 15" built-in screen? Stuff ends
up on that accidentally from time to time and it's virtually hidden behind the
other one.

I think I had to run something to get it to work (screen spanning doctor, I
think it was called) as otherwise it just mirrored, which looked awful:-)
