Sometimes, when I am using Mail, I must "press the wrong button" and I
find I have selected my whole inbox. Then I can't open one item
without opening the whole inbox. I can't deselect because that option
is greyed out. If I quit Mail and restart the problem is still there.
Eventually it goes away after I have tried various things, but I don't
know which was the one that worked!
Does anyone know the right way to solve this?
