Hello again, As previously mentioned we're developing the version 2 of our iPhone App. It's a football chant app that currently is just a list of chants that you can play for each team, people download and they can set them to play as their ringtones - yeah, sorry about that :) Anyway we're looking to develop the app to be more community style and for the fans of the team rather than about the team if you know what I mean.
Any road, we're looking to develop a best of breed forum in the footy app sphere, the competition is pretty fierce. I was wondering if anyone participated in or just read any well put together forums on any apps, not just footy related? I'll download them and take a peak. Any ideas welcome in fact. i have a primo developer sat by me for a week, so we can do anything. We're adding news, loads more chants, twitters being updated and it's getting a makeover. We also want to get some good wallpapers up there, but we can't use pics from grounds or players so was thinking about running a competition for people to send in made up graphic wallpapers for each team. If anyone knows any graphic design lists i could possibly put something to re the competition that would also be grand? Every entry we use would receive the full collection of their chants and some money for the winner type caper. The wallpapers would be free for the user to use.
