I had exactly the same problem on a client's Mac a while ago but don't
have my laptop with me today, I'll chek my notes when I get home and
replay them. In the meantime try setting your default download
location in Safari to a different folder then download the program
again. Also, look in Applications > Utilities > Console for any
messges from Safari when the error occurs then paste those messages
into another email.
