this is interesting. You traditionally can't wake from sleep over airport but 
you can over ethernet. it sounds like Apple now let you wake from sleep over 
Apple wireless kit. If I've understood that correctly, apple gear offers a 
greater functionality than the rest.

which is annoying me as I sold my AeBS not long ago because it offered nothing 
my BT Homehub didn't -- but would allow wake-from-sleep-over-wireless based on 
what you've said below...
