I'm not sure if I can help as the discs that I have are not labelled in terms
of OSX number.
I have the original discs for my macbook
the original discs for my Imac
I run on Snow Leopard so they are not needed ( I think)
Is there any safe way of identifying which version of OS ther are?

  Subject: [sussex_mug] OSX.5 Discs required

Hi: can anyone on the group lend / sell / give (even!) me the discs to load
OS10.5 please?

I have a PPC (non-intel) iMac and I always use the last completed operating
system.

As my iMac won't accept system 10.6, and I'm still using 10.4.11, maybe it's
now time to move to 10.5.

If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.

  Thanks!
