I've just been listening to World Radio and they had an item about the new
iPhone problems. Two different "experts" interviewed; one reckons it will
massively damage Apple's reputation, lose lots of support and have droves of
people returning their iPhones, never to buy apple products again. Massive
damage to the companies finances.

The other chap thought it was all rather a storm in a teacup and that some
people would return their phones but the majority would either have no problems
at all or be happy to have them resolved by Apple.

How serious is it?? I must be honest - I'm concerned mainly for the price of
my Apple shares - they've been very good to me over the last year or so and I
don't want them to start losing value!
