The one I bought in store for my mum was set up in store for me (very
helpfully - thanks Touchwood Solihull!) and that is why the problem of
having the correct OS hadn't occurred to me. I know it says so on the
website but I hadn't checked the small print in my enthusiasm!! The
main issue here is that I WASn't in store or within 20 miles of one,
having ordered from the Apple Store and had the iPad delivered by DHL.
I suppose I have to start saving up for a nice new laptop for
Christmas.....!
