Hi Virginia

The outgoing port needs to be left as default, it's either 465 or 587.

IMAP is incoming only and must be port 993 with SSL on using password 
authentication.

If you go to advanced settings and make sure that the incoming settings are as 
above, it should work.

You could always try setting up the account again, then delete the old one when 
you're sure it's working.
