I record Mac Audio using WireTap Pro which you can (sort of) find here  
http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/wiretap/. They have gone a bit up market 
since I bought mine ages back and now their Pro has gone Pro with an increase 
in price! I'm sure there are many similar programs
