Hi, I had my iPhone stolen in Spain, or rather I had a couple stolen in Spain. I have MobileMe and a message came up the other day when it was synching and i obviously clicked the wrong the wrong one. Anyway the robbers, or buyer of robbed iPhone, has been adding contacts and the end result was that i got 40 of his contacts, including Mama. I sent a message to him via Mobile Me, but I haven't had a confirm to say that it's been delivered. Unfortunately the Find my Iphone thing wasn't working.
2 Questions: 1. I don't suppose anyone recognises what country these numbers maybe from? 0672995279 0661552133 0670221642 The names are mostly Arabic, so my guess is it's made it back to North Africa somewhere maybe. These all seem to be mobile numbers. 2. I need to get my contacts up and running from my Time Machine backup. I just selected 'import' from the Address Book menu but iI couldn't find where the details for the contacts were in the Latest backup folder. I could do with backing everything up too but I'm scared I will wipe the address contacts. Is it right that Time Machine just copies new files and keeps a copy of all the old ones?
