i tried the accounts option, but this simply takes me on a 'loop-the-loop', 
journey around apples suggestion box, no reference to my problem, i did find 
this however:-


'With the iTunes Store, all sales are final. As soon as you click the Buy 
button (using either 1-Click or the Shopping Cart) your purchases are charged 
to the credit card on your Apple Account. You cannot cancel a purchase or 
receive a refund for a purchase. See the iTunes Terms of Sale for additional 
information.'

so no refunds from Apple...

I think if you go into your account in iTunes (top right of the iTunes window) 
you can pull up a purchase history and then report a problem. I don't know if 
that's a way to do it?
