Ranulph,
As with most apps it was cheap , about 3 euros, but you know when you get a toy
home and it doesn't work..

Did it cost much?
I know it's galling to just give up, but sometimes I have to calculate how much
I'd like to pay myself for time spent.

If you're on Twitter it's also worth leaving some tart messages there. I've

Thanks Jason,

i tried the accounts option, but this simply takes me on a 'loop-the-loop',
journey around apples suggestion box, no reference to my problem, i did find
this however:-

'With the iTunes Store, all sales are final. As soon as you click the Buy
button (using either 1-Click or the Shopping Cart) your purchases are charged
to the credit card on your Apple Account. You cannot cancel a purchase or
receive a refund for a purchase. See the iTunes Terms of Sale for additional
information.'

so no refunds from Apple...

I think if you go into your account in iTunes (top right of the iTunes window)
you can pull up a purchase history and then report a problem. I don't know if
that's a way to do it?
