Hello Derek, I have no idea what "medium usage" is.
I'm on an Orange 'pay as you go' plan and my average monthly usage is roughly 30MB download / 6MB upload. At 5p/MB you can estimate my costs. These figures have been averaged out since the 26th of May 2010 as I've kept all my data stats. With the latest cellular update for my iPad (about 2 weeks ago) it now says "Orange" or "Orange T-Mobile" (I think) in the settings depending on where I am as they are now sharing networks I believe.
