Ed, you're a star!

It seems that the only way of finding out real disk usage is by being User,
'root'. Being an admin user just doesn't cut it. The suggestion that using
Terminal, 'sudo open ' and dragging the Disk Inventory X (DIX) icon onto the
Terminal window doesn't work as this gives exactly the same result as running
DIX when logged in as an admin user.

Using Pseudo and running DIX through it so that it gains 'root' privileges gave
me all the information I needed to determine what the unaccounted 60GB was used
for (if you're interested Steam and VirtualBox spaces were the prime 'culprits'
in a User/'username'/Library folder accounting for 50GB of the 60GB - why they
are there is something else I'll look into).

So while I'm a 'It just works' supporter, when you want to find out a bit more,
the admin user doesn't really help as it doesn't confer enough privileges to
see the complete picture.

Thanks, Ed, and thanks once more Sam for offering your time.
