If you know when the interference starts, could you record a passage up to that 'time' then save and record another passage? Not ideal but if you need it in a hurry…

The problem comes when I play them back, half way through I get interference. I have recorded it three times ( it lasts around 25 mins) and each time I get the same problem. I have tried saving it as an AAC and then burning it to a CD but still the same. Any ideas why?
