Firstly, I'll being by apologising and saying that I find it very difficult to 
understand your emails. Perhaps if you slowed down a touch and elaborated on 
problems you might get more of a response. Also, personally I don't communicate 
well with people whose names I don't know.

You might want to :

Have a cup of tea and a nice sit down before writing an email to the SMUG
Sign off with your real name
look in System Preferences > General > untick "Restore windows when quitting 
and re-opening apps"
Use a professional web development program if you're dealing with 30+ domains, 
iWeb is a home user tool and probably wasn't designed for that level of usage 
(keeping track of multiple domains etc). It may be your software tool of choice 
and you're perfectly entitled to use it for whatever web design applications 
you want, but there might be better programs out there such as DreamWeaver, 
RapidWeaver, Coda (my favourite) or many others depending on your requirements.

Don't take my comments personally, I'm just trying to help you communicate 
better with the group.
