Hi. I have several email accounts in mail and my partner has one. Suddenly, his is playing up and wants a password, which I can't remember but it has always worked before.
When I go to preferences and look at the account, the password is shown as a series of asterisks so presumably is there - but it won't work. I get a little box asking for the password - which I don't know and can't therefore put in. Any ideas? It seems a shame not to be able to send emails from the account .
