go to applications >utilities>keychain Access

then  in lefthand column at bottom under category click on passwords then in 
righthand column scroll down till you see your account right click on it select 
copy password to clipboard and paste in to mail password request box 

or again right click to account entry in keychain select  get info , info box 
will pop up, tick box lower righthand side- show passport ,enter admin password 
for computer and it will show you mail account password
