Hello list, I'm in a new rsidence for the next 6-8 months. Buenos Aires, very nice so far, especially now Spring is here. I've managed to get a 15MB connection which seems decent. It's only on cable so I need a wifi router.
I'm thinking either the AIrport extreme or the Time Capsule. Essentially I like the idea of having a wireless hardrive, shareable with the other computers on in the house - we're forever dragging around hardrives hanging from the Macbooks. I already have an Airport Express for the music and could use that for a printer, freeing up the usb on the Time Capsule for the external Hard drive - we need lots of space for work. I'm favouring the 2TB Time Capsule. Would one of those USB adaptors for multiple USB input work in the back of the Time capsule or are we stufck with just one port. Does anyone have any views on these devices or alternatives? I basically need a mini home network easy enough for a techno dumbass like me to use.
