The time capsule works best if you let it be in charge of the whole network,
so it sounds like that would be the case in your situation. It works in a
bit of a different way to the airport express.  You would plug your internet
line into the wan port, which looks like a flower.  The setup program is the
same as for the express, and tells you about misconfigurations and makes
suggestions to fix them, so its very easy to set up.

You can plug in a usb hub into its slot enabling you to use multiple devices
such as a hard disk and a printer at the same time.

The only thing I found strange about it was you can set different user
permissions on the internal hard disk so that people have their own private
space but you can not do the same for external attached hard drives.  Those
are shared to everyone no matter what.

Overall I was impressed with the one I set up.  Its a bit more expensive
than some other devices, and it isn't as flexible as a "real" server, but
its incredibly easy to set up and does enough to cover most peoples
requirements.  And it seems to play nicely with PCs as well.
