I changed my iPhone last night, one episode of failure to verify, then fine, but it took ages to restore. And then I had to re-sync photos. All told maybe 90 minutes?
Couldn't move mobile me to iCloud though. Going to try that again later. Still think its just too many people doing it at once. And I've left my wife's phone until tonight given how long mine took.
