Well, I finally managed to upgrade to iOS5 today. My experiences - in case it helps anyone else.. 1. It takes a long time (it was a little reminiscent of earlier days of Windows upgrades!) 2. Be patient and don't try to do work with other apps while it's downloading / syncing. 3/There are several stages to go through, so sometimes if you've walked away from your computer, you return and it seems to be doing nothing, or have finished - don't fiddle with it - it will let you know clearly when it has finished the whole procedure. Is it worth it? I think so, although I don't understand how one can take advantage of the 5GB storage since there seems to be no way of managing what gets stored?? (i.e. selecting some documents, some photos or films etc. to store)
