Hi all I am with a colleague who has had to restore his iPad from his Windows laptop. The restore process completes, including the restore from back up bit. However, once it tries to sync, the following message pops up:
"The iPad "his_name" could not be synced because the sync session failed to start." I have no idea what to suggest next. Any ideas please?
