I got a new air book (unfortunately just before the upgrade) with 256 Gb solid memory. I migrated an older air book (128 Gb) to the new one, mostly without difficulty, although some files seem not to have copied.
I find, however, that when I download a large file to my new machine, it often says there is not enough memory to save the file. I checked the get info on the disc and it tells me I have 147Gb free. It looks as though even though the computer knows it has more memory, it is acting as though it has less, possibly 128 Gb instead of 256. Any ideas, please?
