BT have recently move their mail service to some Microsoft Office 365 cr*p which requires slightly different settings to when the mail was hosted on the previous servers.
There are setup instructions and 'help' at http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/hub/c/2048 but good luck with navigating through that! Chris Webb .
