Dear All, My ancient PowerPc iMac has died. It is now in the very capable hands of Sam, who has confirmed its demise and who has suggested that I buy a second-hand intel iMac from eBay, as I"m not currently able to afford a new replacement.
I would welcome any buying advice from other smuggers. I'm an experienced eBay user, but have never bought anything as expensive as a Mac from there before. How can I avoid being ripped off and making a ghastly mistake?
