Hi Gilly when you go to file > print > a dialog box comes up with a print preview and a set of very basic options. If you click on "Show Details" at the bottom you should then see all the print options. If the button says "Hide Details" then you're already there.
Underneath the portrait/landscape orientation buttons there's a horizontal line with a menu in the middle of it. It's not very well signposted but that's the print options menu, click on it then select "Paper Handling" and your options should be in there.
