I asked a question a few weeks ago about some older iTunes m4p files that I have that would not play because I had changed the e-Mail associated with my Apple ID. I could not find any information that would let me play them. I did go to the iTunes store to download some of them afresh but there were a handful that - unbelievably - were no longer available!
I tried to find a way to contact Apple through iTunes. I could not find any useful link to do this and in the end I went to the Brighton Apple Store and asked there. A very helpful member of staff pointed me to expresslane.apple.com - an almost "instantaneous" e-Mail support facility. This was brilliant as was the reply. Double clicking on the unplayable file in iTunes enables me to authorize the file to play with my current ID. Problem solved. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group. To post to this group, send an email to [email protected].
