You can't send an iMessage and have it arrive as an SMS to a normal mobile 
phone I'm afraid. An iMessage will only arrive on an iOS device. You can send 
an iMessage from your mobile number or your email address, but still only to an 
iOS device. It uses your data allowance not your SMS allowance.
