Hi, Has anybody come across I Can Animate, in particularly in a school? My problem is that for everyone that logs on they have to enter the serial number to activate the app. We have a full site license for it so no issues there. But with over a thousand potential users, and just me having access to the serial number, I can see where a lot of my time is going. Does anyone know a way I might be able to stop this happening please?
Oh by the way, our macs are not managed anymore. New Macs, Older Server, incompatible for the time being. This might be the problem because in our older mac suite we've never had this issue. However because it appears when the user is logging on locally or through the windows domain I'm inclined to think it's more of a Lion/mountain lion issue. Oh, also I'm not an IT techie by the way, just the only one who can/will use a mac. In case you're wondering why I can't just work it out cause that's my job.
