Thanks to Al and Derek. I guess what I want is a Quark Lite or an Indesign Elements - do such things exist?

Hi Richard, Best software to deal with your artwork will be Indesign or Quark. Save your images (artwork) highres (jpegs), add them into indesign file and export each page as a pdf or if you know to use DTP software just create the whole magazine in Indesign or Quark.
