Hi Everyone,

Many thanks for all your help and suggestions (especially Derek). I tried to
download Scribus a couple of times but it was taking ages and seemed to cancel
itself.
Since then Tony has reminded me of Swift Publisher - I already use the sister
products DiscCover an ArtText (which both work really well) so compatibility
will be useful and at £13.99 - can't argue with that.

Thanks again,

Richard

Export Options
Click the Options... button in the Export dialog to access these settings.
For the PDF format:
        * Image Quality. The program can change the resolution of raster images
when creating a PDF file. This way you can control the size of the resulting
PDF. For high quality printing, select Original or Best. To create a smaller
PDF for sending by e-mail or publishing on the Web, chooseLow.
        * Bleeds and cut marks.

        * Format as booklet activates the imposition feature to arrange pages
in spreads.
        * PDF Workflow. Here you can choose a standard or custom workflow.
        * Convert text to curves turns all text to a vector image. Setting this
option may help you avoid problems with fonts, or may be needed when you send
your PDF to a print shop. From the online help.
Regards,

Tony

Have you checked out Belight's Swift Publisher? I think it might be able to
show crop marks.
