Finally found my solution in Apple Discussions. Airport Utility/Airport Express/Edit/Internet/Internet Options/Configure IPv6. Changed 'Local' to 'Auto' on both Airport Expresses. Restarted Express, iTunes, Mac and now everything works like it used to.
