I’ve got a white MacBook. Sam is correct. I maxed the RAM and installed a 250GB 
SSD and it now outpaces a much later MacBook Pro. I think you are stuck with 
Lion but that’s not too bad if you gets much more usage from it. I’ve always 
thought that the white MacBook was the best laptop I’ve purchased.
