The 150, 200 or 500 describes the maximum theoretical speed they can achieve, 
probably when plugged directly into adjacent power sockets, not what you'll 
regularly get when they're on opposite sides of the house.

Personally I'd go for the faster ones as they're more likely to maintain a 
faster overall speed.
