You might be better off getting a reasonably recent iMac, the MacPros tend to
hold their value quite well so picking up a cheap one isn't easy. Also their
graphics cards tended to be quite expensive.

has a 512MB graphics card which should play mine craft perfectly well and will
be cheaper than a MacPro.
It all comes down to how much you want to spend though.
