I have bought a Garmin for my cycle and it is great for measuring speed,
distance travelled etc. and you can download your journey to Garmin's site
which will print out a map of your journey giving average speed and even
elevation.   I plug it in my iMac using the USB socket and it works fine but
when I unplug it I get a warning notice saying I haven't done it correctly and
that it will repair the hard drive.  I have looked on Finder and can't find an
"ok to unplug" command like you have on PC s .  I am probably being stupid but
can anyone help?  Thanks Howard
