Folks, Since my wife and I upgraded our 3GS phones to 5S phones last week, all is well with the exception of mail.
We are with 02 & BT using apple mail. We can receIve mail OK, but can not reply to a mail message or send a new mail message from our phones, when the mail fails to go we get a message that says" Cannot Send Mail the user name for "SMTP is incorrect" Both phones are on iOs7 However, mail is functioning perfectly on our mini iPad and iPad2 running iOs7, (Neither of which are 3G enabled) and mail is fine using the iMac and Mackbook Pro.
