I would imagine it’s up to the individual retailer to choose their discounts
but Black Friday’s not such a massive thing this side of the pond so don’t
expect much. Online Apple are offering free delivery, which they do anyway on
orders over £100 so not much difference, in-store they may have some discounts
but they’re not listed on the website.
You’re probably better off getting someone you know who happens to be a student
to buy it for you. The educational discount has traditionally been quite good,
although it may have changed recently.
