Recently had a small drama with a client, author of the Best Selling series of the Roy Grace Crime Thrillers, he was 2 weeks away from submitting the manuscript of the latest in the series when he switched his 6 month old MacBook Pro on to get the folder with a flashing question mark; the SSD had failed catastrophically.
