I'll mention that we use Adobe Lightroom. However if you don't like £55
for Aperture, you won't like £70 for Lightroom very much.

Hi Russell,
I had a quick lurk at Aperture and there are some really bad reviews
on the latest version, plus it's £55. If there are any alternatives
people recommend would definitely check them out.
