Or just ask for the manager/don't leave until it's resolved. Their solution
sounds useles to me - you'd end up with two iCloud accounts. And when you
merged the stuff, the corruption would carry over to the new one.
Noteithstanding that migrating calendar entries has to be done one item at a
time - for me, that'd be hours.
Book another appointment and see if te new person will honour the original
promise. Then ask for the manager. They can't keep giving you inconsistent
advice.
