Although they claim they are getting signals from my Mac to indicate a
problem, the only troubles I have are repeated Facebook emails that
require "Force Quit" followed by binning of the incoming Facebook email
to terminate endless data transfers.
I am running OSX 10.4.11 including Classic OS 9 on PowerMac G5

Ignoring the age of your OS, you should tell these "free help line"
callers where to go, it is a scam.
