Can someone tell me if this is a genuine "free help line"?
I am fed up with being pestered by requests from almost unintelligible Indian callers asking me to enter a six digit number to allow them to "inspect" my Mac. Although they claim they are getting signals from my Mac to indicate a problem, the only troubles I have are repeated Facebook emails that require "Force Quit" followed by binning of the incoming Facebook email to terminate endless data transfers.
