In doing an iPhone backup to may Mac I inadvertently started the update to iOS 7.0.5 - only relevant if in China - and ended up having to do a factory reset and then a restore from my most recent backup, luckily early this morning.
Prior to this no issues with iOS 7 up to 7.0.4.
