I don't use my MBP very often but today I wanted to use it to write a letter. However when I tried to use the template of our address I got an error message to say I couldn't use this until I had downloaded an update from the App Store. I looked this up in the App Store and all I could see was £13.99 for a new Pages but nothing about an update. I tried to work around it by deleting an existing letter and using that to write my new one. But now I have written it I can't print it. Is this Apple trying to extort money from me? Do I have to buy a new version of Pages to write an occasional letter?
