My HP Envy 5530 was working fine last a few days ago but not today. It will not Scan or Copy only Print. I have turned off/on multiple times, reinstalled software x 2, checked plug, restarted computer x 2, run Disk Repair and a few other things I have forgotten. It sticks with any error message and a whirling circle and the only way I can stop it is to turn it off. I have posted on HP Forum as well. Any thoughts or ideas welcome.
